Q: Where are your sweets made?

A: All our sweets are sourced from trusted UK suppliers and packed locally with care and hygiene in mind. We ensure every pouch meets high-quality standards.

Q: Are your sweets suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

A: Some of our sweets are vegetarian or vegan-friendly, but not all. Each product page includes clear ingredient details and suitability icons. Always check before ordering!

Q: Do you offer custom sweets for events or parties?

A: Yes! We offer personalized sweet pouches for weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You can even add your logo or message. Contact us for custom orders at admin@thegummygalaxy.co.uk.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We currently deliver across the UK. International delivery may be added soon—sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery options are also available at checkout.

Q: How much is delivery?

A: UK delivery starts from £3.99, and we offer free delivery on orders over £30.

Q: How will my order be packaged?

A: Your sweets are sealed in resealable pouches and shipped in eco-friendly packaging to keep them fresh and safe.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it.

Q: I received the wrong item or a damaged package—what should I do?

A: We’re so sorry! Please email us at support@thegummygalaxy.co.uk with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.

A: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened sweet pouches. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll sort it quickly.

Q: How long does a refund take?

A: Once approved, refunds usually take 3–5 working days to appear in your account.
