At Gummy Galaxy, we're committed to getting your sweets to you quickly, fresh, and in perfect condition. This policy explains how and when we ship, and what to do if something goes wrong.

๐Ÿ“ Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and UK islands. We don't ship internationally yet โ€” if you'd like to enquire about an international order, email us at admin@thegummygalaxy.co.uk.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days (Mondayโ€“Friday, excluding bank holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (UK time) may be processed the next business day.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

The ยฃ30 free-shipping threshold applies to your order total after any discounts are applied.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (e.g. Christmas) or due to courier delays outside our control.

โ˜€๏ธ Hot Weather Notice

Gummy and jelly sweets can soften or stick together in very warm weather. During summer months we pack orders with extra care, but we can't control conditions in transit. Slight softening in hot weather doesn't affect taste or safety โ€” pop your sweets somewhere cool for an hour and they'll firm right back up.

๐Ÿ“ฌ Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Can't find it? Check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us and we'll resend it.

๐Ÿ›‘ Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email admin@thegummygalaxy.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate with Royal Mail right away.

๐Ÿ  Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible โ€” we can usually correct it before dispatch. If an order is delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund, though we'll always do our best to help.

โ— Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, incorrect, or missing, emailadmin@thegummygalaxy.co.uk โ€” ideally within 48 hours of delivery โ€” with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right quickly with a replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
