Returns and Refunds
Gummy Galaxy offers a 30-day return policy for unopened sweets. This voluntary policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
30-day returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.
Email admin@thegummygalaxy.co.uk with your order number or other proof of purchase and details of the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions. Please send the items back within 14 days of requesting your return.
Returns are free for UK customers, including eligible change-of-mind returns under our 30-day policy. Contact admin@thegummygalaxy.co.uk before returning your items. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange another return method at no cost to you.

Statutory cancellation rights
For eligible online purchases, you can cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them.
To cancel, email admin@thegummygalaxy.co.uk with a clear statement of your decision. Our unopened-item condition for voluntary returns does not override your statutory cancellation rights.
Exceptions apply where permitted by law, including goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly, personalised goods, and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Not all sweets are automatically excluded.
Where legally permitted, we may deduct for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your order is damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described.
Include your order number and details of the problem. Photographs can help us investigate but are not a condition of your statutory rights.
We will provide the appropriate remedy under consumer law and cover reasonable return costs where applicable. The unopened condition does not apply to claims involving faulty goods. There is no 48-hour reporting deadline that removes your legal rights.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
For statutory cancellations, we will refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
For eligible returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, we will refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Refunds due for rejected faulty goods will be issued without undue delay and within 14 days of agreeing that you are entitled to a refund.
Where legally required, cancellation of a whole order includes a refund of standard outbound delivery charges. Additional charges for upgraded delivery are not refunded. Change-of-mind return postage remains your responsibility.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
Sale items have the same statutory rights as full-price items. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
